Excellent customer service. I wanted to buy a rust free truck in the south and found exactly what I was looking for. Eddie responded to all of my questions promptly and in detail. Additionally, I live in a very remote part of the country and Eddie did a great job working with transport companies to get the truck delivered as close as possible while keeping me updated the whole time. Overall, it was a very smooth process and Eddie kept me updated and involved in the process from start to finish.

I’ll try to be brief-I’m old. At 61 yrs this concept of buying a vehicle, sight unseen, through the internet was something I could not accommodate mentally. I searched Eddie and AMC trucks and found some info but not enough. I went back and forth with him and he offered all the assurances he could, but in the end, I couldn’t pull the trigger. Fast forward 2 days and I have arrived in Texas having flown from North Carolina. Eddie picked me up at the airport, answered every question, was very transparent and he delivered exactly what he offered. The truck I bought was exactly the truck I had videos of. I do not hesitate to endorse AMC Trucks. I will encourage any family member I have to buy from him. And if he offers shipping, take him up on it.

I had been shopping for a good used truck for over a week, driving all around H-Town from dealer to dealer only to be disappointed withe the junk vs the pics on line, then I came across this place on line, called to verify the truck was still available and scheduled an appointment . The truck was out front when I got there already warmed up with the engine running and a/c on. Clean, really clean, exactly as advertised. No fuss about a carfax. All paper work electronically, this was quite a pleasant experience for buying a used truck. I will be back for future needs.

Oh my GOODNESS! I found this truck on eBay and worried I would be scammed if I were to buy this truck. I asked a bunch of questions and received courteous replies every time! I had the truck inspected to see if they would find some discrepancy from the ad - nope the inspector told me it was identical to the ad. So…. I bought it. My banker was a bit hesitant until I told them about the inspection so they called Eddie and got all the information required in just 1 call. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle since I was 16 and bought a car from a neighbor. Eddie made the entire process seamless. I made the deposit to hold the truck then 1 week later flew into Houston to test drive it. Eddie picked me up at the airport and we did all the paperwork at a gas station just so I could get a head start driving home. 11 hour drive. Eddie would not let me drive him anywhere, called for an Uber. By the time I got home deposit was refunded. Truck was exactly what he said it was.
